Cancellation & Refund Policy at Divya Chaya Trust

Divya Chaya Trust believes in helping its customers as far as possible. The following are the guidelines set for cancellation of any order:

• If any donor claims for a refund within 24 hours of donating, the same would be refunded to him / her within a period of 7 days of the claim after deducting the incidental charges incurred. The client needs to send an email to helpdesk@careivfkolkata.com mentioning the order id / transaction reference number.
• In case the donor claims refund after 24 hours, no amount would be refunded under any circumstances.
